We offer a special investment package for our modular units. As an investor you can reserve a unit and share in the revenue generated from that unit. We handle all aspects of the cultivation and expenses. At the end of the harvest you then receive a fixed percentage of the harvest sale.
The investment includes

- Minimum of 2 -3 harvests per annum
- You share the revenue form the harvest
- No additional costs
- We handle all utilities, nutrients, staffing.
- We purchase ALL cannabis produced
Passive Income
Your investment gives you a passive income based on revenue share from the Cannabis Harvests
Minimal Risks
We handle all expenses related to the cultivation including utilities, nutrients, staffing and selling.
2 Year Contract
The investment is based on a 2 year contract and revenue share after which it can be renewed annually.
